What goes into the price of a Brampton flooring job?
Square footage, the product, the prep your subfloor needs and whether stairs are part of it. Material and labour appear as separate lines, and you see the written total before you commit.
What floor should go in a finished or rental basement?
We test the slab for moisture and look for high and low spots first. Waterproof vinyl plank is our usual pick, with a vapour barrier or underlay where the slab calls for one. We tell you what prep has to happen before the floor goes in.
Can you redo both flights of stairs with the main floor?
Yes. Many Brampton two-storeys have one flight up from the front hall and a second down to the basement. We refit both and stain them to match the new floor.
Do you work on older Bramalea homes?
Yes. Backsplits and bungalows there can have aging plywood or plank subfloors and several short flights of stairs. We fix squeaks and dips in the subfloor before the new floor goes down.
We have a shared driveway. Does that cause a problem?
No. We unload in the drive and carry boxes in through the front door or garage. If you share the drive with a neighbour, tell us ahead of time and we’ll plan delivery around both households.

How long will we be without our floors?
Most rooms are typically completed in one to three days, depending on size and subfloor. A staircase takes three to four days per flight, and the same for a flight with a landing. Your quote gives the schedule, and we can plan the order of rooms around your household.
