Our crew lifts the old floor, preps the base and lays the new one, then fits trim and thresholds. Dates come in writing with the quote.
Walk through
We check each room and stair with you and put right anything you spot before we leave.

How do you quote a floor in Mississauga?
We measure at your home for free and send a written quote with material, labour, stairs and prep on separate lines. The quote lists everything we charge.
What floor works in a Square One or City Centre condo?
Engineered wood and vinyl plank both go down well over a concrete slab. Paired with the right underlay, either can meet the sound rating most towers set.
How long does a backsplit with several stair runs take?
Split-levels take longer than a flat bungalow because each short run of stairs needs its own treads and nosings. We count every step at the measure and put the dates in writing.
Will you lift the old carpet, tile or laminate?
Yes. Removal and disposal are part of the job, whether you have carpet, tile, laminate, vinyl or old wood.
Which Mississauga neighbourhoods do you serve?
The whole city, including Port Credit, Lorne Park, Mineola, Clarkson, Lakeview, Streetsville, Erin Mills, Meadowvale, Churchill Meadows, Cooksville, Applewood, Malton and the City Centre towers.
My Hurontario building has a sound rule. Can you meet it?
Send us the rule your board gave you. We pick an underlay with a test result above that rating and give you the data sheet to submit before we book dates.
How do deliveries work in a Mississauga tower?
Management books the service elevator and tells us the window. We unload at the dock or in the garage if our van clears the height bar. Let us know the building’s rules when you book.
Can wood go straight onto my condo’s concrete?
Engineered wood can, glued down or floated. Solid wood cannot. We check the slab for flatness and moisture while we measure.
Our Port Credit or Mineola house is older. Does that change the job?
It can. Older lakeside and Streetsville homes often have plank subfloors, layers from past renovations and rooms that have settled. We find these at the measure and list the prep on the quote.
Will you install flooring I bought myself?
Yes, once we have seen it and it passes our check. We turn down product that will not hold up.
