Consultation
We book a visit, walk the rooms with you and take measurements so the quote reflects your actual space.
Select Material
You compare samples in your own light. We explain how each option wears, so you can choose with confidence.
Select a Date
Once the quote and material are settled, you pick a start date. We confirm it by phone or email.
Installation
Before work starts, you get a finish date. Our installers prepare the subfloor, lay the floor and clean up.
Before and after
